Job Title: Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a talented Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. This role will involve exploring and implementing innovative solutions using AI, automation, and digital tools.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for discovering and recommending practical applications for new technologies, creating engaging digital learning materials, and collaborating with IT and other teams to identify critical digital skills and develop targeted training resources.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Discovering and implementing innovative solutions using AI, RPA, BPA, agents, and digital tools
  • Developing and delivering training programs, including video tutorials and guides, to support our Digital Training Academy
  • Documenting solutions and sharing knowledge to empower staff adoption
  • Collaborating with IT and other teams to identify critical digital skills and develop targeted training resources
  • Providing input into new technology-focused projects as part of our transformation journey

Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in IT, AI, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field (or strong potential)
  • Knowledge of automation platforms, such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or similar
  • Experience with AI tools and agents, like ChatGPT, copilots, Auto Gpt, or equivalent
  • Digital content creation skills, including video production and editing using tools like Canva, Camtasia, Adobe, or AI-driven content platforms
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply
  • Sound administrative skills, including tracking exploration, learning, and roll-outs
  • Self-motivation, ambition, and the ability to work independently
