Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting technical valuations of real estate properties, including residential and commercial buildings.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. To review the work of other professionals on an ongoing basis to ensure that valuations provided by them are in line with the prevalent market conditions.
  2. To assist in conducting periodic Quality Assessments on the professionals.
  3. To review and resolve escalations raised by the Sales teams with respect to rates, technical aspects, usage, locality and acceptability of collateral.
  4. To provide a balanced resolution to the Sales & Credit teams.
  5. To ensure that MIS reports are diligently prepared by locations and are submitted to regional and central office in a timely manner.
  6. To ensure implementation of guidelines at their respective locations.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should have experience in conducting technical valuations of real estate properties.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
