Job Summary
- The Senior Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of property valuations, ensuring accuracy, compliance with relevant regulations and building byelaws and efficiency in the valuation process.
- This role involves finalizing valuation reports based upon the analysis of technical managers and market data.
- Role also involves showing and developing their interpersonal skills like teamwork, relationship management with team and clients, developing verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, problem solving, adaptability, feedback discussion, negotiation, self-confidence, building trust and leadership.
- The Senior Technical Manager must maintain and develop relationship with the clients and need to take regular feedback regarding service quality and TAT.
- This role involves high negotiation skills in deciding upon property rates and high level of communication skills to deliver their commitments.
- It involves handling the respective technical managers and managing their productivity to ensure smooth closure of reports on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and supervise property valuations.
- Finalize technical reports and ensure compliance and building byelaws.
- Ensure that the quality of valuation reports is standard, and market values are correctly estimated & maintain high quality of report & TAT.
- Adhere to bank's risk/credit/technical teams guidelines
- Use various valuation methodologies for accurate valuations.
- Coordinate with site surveyors, technical managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain all relevant documents and data related to valuations.
