Job Description:

  • Technical Lead – GEN AI

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and deploy Large Language Model (LLM) models and Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) applications.
  2. Possess strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks.
  3. Leverage Azure AI services to build and deploy AI/Gen AI applications.
  4. Demonstrate proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning/LLM/Gen AI libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Langchain, and NLP tools like SpaCy, NLTK.
  5. Have hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks.
  6. Carry rich experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions.
  7. Possess strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and embedding techniques.
  8. Evaluate and implement different embedding models and chunking strategies.
  9. Design and implement agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with other systems or users effectively.
  10. Have experience applying advanced fine-tuning methods such as Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA), Quantized LoRA (QLoRA), and Pattern-Exploiting Training (PET) to optimize open-source models for specific tasks.
  11. Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Github Actions or similar.
  12. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications.
  13. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in Gen AI development.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Total Experience 13-15 years; Gen AI Experience – 5 + years
  • Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology
