Job Description

At the forefront of data-driven innovation, we're seeking a visionary Senior Data Scientist to spearhead impactful projects and mentor the next generation of talent.

Your Role

  • Lead end-to-end ML projects from concept to deployment, harnessing Machine Learning and Generative AI to drive business growth.
  • Explore cutting-edge research in ML and Generative AI, integrating novel techniques into scalable production-ready solutions.
  • Develop and optimize deep learning and machine learning models to tackle complex business challenges, fostering data-informed decision making.
  • Collaborate across teams to transform insights into high-impact products, driving customer value and market differentiation.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and interns, empowering them with hands-on experience and guidance on impactful projects.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning roles, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.
  • A strong foundation in statistics, probability, and core ML algorithms (Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, SVMs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, with a focus on large-scale deployments.
  • Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs), including Langchain or LlamaIndex for LLM-based applications.
  • The ability to convert theoretical research into actionable business solutions, driving real-world impact.
