As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective recruitment strategy that drives results. This includes owning the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, and ensuring that all hiring targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the hiring process for senior management-level positions to ensure successful candidate placements.
  • Mentoring and coaching the recruitment team to hire top talent, driving excellence in every interaction.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet business needs.
  • Managing vendor relationships and negotiating offers to secure the best candidates.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and decision-making abilities, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. A proven track record in Human Resources, with experience in lead/manager roles and knowledge of HRMS tools, is required. A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources Management is necessary, along with an MBA/PGDM in HRD/HRM from a reputable university.
