Job Overview

This leadership role oversees the development and implementation of distinctive brand identities for global institutions in India. The successful candidate will shape how India perceives these institutions and ensure that every university touchpoint reflects academic excellence and aspirational value.

The role involves leading strategic brand strategies, driving influencer campaigns, planning activations, overseeing website development, conceptualizing digital-first campaigns, building content marketing strategies, owning production of brand assets, identifying creative agencies, and defining KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop composite brand strategies balancing global equity with unique positioning.
  • Build scalable brand architectures supporting multiple academic programs and audiences.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and governance frameworks across all platforms.
  • Design influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Build student ambassador networks on college campuses, clubs, and faculty champions to amplify brand stories.
Requirements
  • 10-12 years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative leadership roles, preferably targeting Gen Z audiences.
  • First-hand experience building Indian market brands through positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation.
  • Demonstrated success launching new brands, including ATL/BTL and digital initiatives.
  • Proven impact through influencer campaigns.
  • Proven experience in content marketing, digital storytelling, and managing cross-platform campaigns.
