Senior Brand Advisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the Luxury & design industry, and the ability to create a strong positive perception of the brand.

This role involves direct interaction with clients, associates, and the industry to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate/conversion sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and convert inquiries into sales through in-depth knowledge about Brand Heritage, journey, products, and services.
  • Handle client feedback and grievances professionally and drive solutions to the issues when necessary.
  • Proactive sales, cross-selling, and servicing through telephone, email, and on-appointment and virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall growth and development of the Brand.
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Luxury Management/Marketing or MBA in marketing or communications from a reputed institute.
  • 7+ years of experience in the Retail Luxury/Hospitality/Interior Industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple clients or agencies simultaneously.
