As a senior public relations professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation and image.

You will contribute to the growth of the company through role ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:Client & Media Relations
  • Liaise daily with clients and media via telephone and email to build strong relationships and networks.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure 100% client retention by providing timely information about new promotional opportunities and PR campaign progress.
Media Monitoring & Coverage
  • Monitor traditional and digital media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, social media, podcasts, blogs, and newswires to collate, analyze, and evaluate media coverage.
  • Track newspapers, magazines, and websites for opportunities.
Publicity & Campaign Management
  • Plan publicity strategies and campaigns to create quarterly roadmaps and prepare briefs, scripts, campaign taglines, and responses for interviews.
  • Write and disseminate press releases, articles, and features to targeted media, promoting news stories and features to secure coverage.
Event Management
  • Organize and manage press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits, attending and promoting client events to media and PR platforms.
  • Coordinate studio or location photography and speak publicly at interviews, conferences, and presentations.
Brand Development
  • Develop and foster relationships with brands and third parties on behalf of the organization, leveraging partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to create cross-channel strategies.
Influencer & Thought Leadership Engagement
  • Build relationships with industry leaders to grow awareness and keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencer activities.
  • Conduct trend forecasting for clients and their industries.
Research & Analysis
  • Commission and undertake market research to present to potential clients.
  • Analyze industry trends affecting clients and recommend communication strategies.
Team Contribution
  • Motivate the team and encourage a friendly, open work environment.
  • Maintain a network of resources to deploy when needed and ensure proper documentation across all initiatives.
