Public Relations Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Public Relations Specialist to collaborate with our award-winning media agency in Mumbai.

  1. Media Relations:
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media professionals.
  • Respond promptly to media inquiries and act as a spokesperson when necessary.
  • Maintain awareness of media coverage and share pertinent insights with stakeholders.
  1. Content Creation:
  • Create press releases, media kits, speeches, and other PR materials.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  1. Campaign Management:
  • Design and execute PR campaigns to promote brand awareness and product launches.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
  1. Event Coordination:
  • Organize press conferences, product launches, and other PR events.
  • Ensure events align with our brand image and strategic objectives.
  1. Crisis Management:
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans.
  • Address negative publicity proactively and effectively.
  1. Brand Monitoring:
  • Monitor and analyze public perception of our brand or organization.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the brand's reputation.
  1. Stakeholder Communication:
  • Foster internal communication strategies to align teams with external PR goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders.
