Observability Expert

The primary objective of this role is to guarantee that our systems and applications are thoroughly observable. This involves collaborating with monitoring tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, and similar platforms to monitor infrastructure and application performance across diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on expertise in infrastructure and application monitoring using a range of monitoring tools.
  • Strong command-line skills in Unix/Linux and Windows systems for optimal system administration.
  • Proficiency in SQL or NRQL for querying and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Experience with GitHub, Terraform, and Jenkins can be beneficial in achieving operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as Oracle Cloud or AWS can provide added value in delivering high-quality services.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a related field.
