Job Title: System Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled System Performance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement end-to-end monitoring and observability solutions to provide comprehensive visibility into infrastructure, applications, and networks.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of monitoring systems into CI/CD pipelines. Your expertise in automation, scripting, and configuration management will be essential in architecting scalable observability solutions to support hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infrastructure and platform development principles, as well as experience with programming languages such as Python, Ansible, and RESTful APIs. You should also be familiar with monitoring frameworks, logging systems (ELK stack, Fluentd), and tracing tools (Jaeger, Zipkin).

In addition to your technical skills, you will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to debug and troubleshoot complex automation issues, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end monitoring and observability solutions
  • Develop and deploy dashboards, alerts, and reports to proactively identify and address system performance issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of monitoring systems into CI/CD pipelines
  • Architect scalable observability solutions to support hybrid and multi-cloud environments
  • Automate alerting, remediation, and reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Utilize AIOps and machine learning capabilities for intelligent incident management and predictive analytics

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of infrastructure and platform development principles
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Ansible, and RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with monitoring frameworks, logging systems (ELK stack, Fluentd), and tracing tools (Jaeger, Zipkin)
  • Extensive experience with monitoring and observability solutions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex automation issues
