About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Middle East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and opportunities, and helping them to find and make use of our best-matching solutions.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a proactive hunter mentality in sales, with a strong focus on engaging with both existing and potential customers to expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities will include liaising with prospective clients to understand how their business needs can be solved, developing quotes for our solutions, and supporting existing customers through specialist training sessions and projects.

You will also be responsible for keeping up to date with the One Click LCA platform, educating prospects on the value and opportunities of LCA tools and EPDs, and increasing our presence in the region through attendance at important construction industry events and local partnerships.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of commercial B2B sales and account management experience with a successful track record of growth
  • Motivation to help others succeed and to find solutions to overcome their obstacles
  • Fast learning skills and desire to improve constantly
  • Customer- and results-oriented attitude
  • Very good listening skills and the ability to see the situation from a prospect's/client's perspective
