Job Overview

This role is focused on supporting clients in their initial public offering (IPO) preparations. The candidate will be part of a project management team, working closely with consultants and clients to ensure timely delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Review: Conduct in-depth reviews of financial statements to identify areas for improvement and compliance gaps.
  • Information System Preparedness: Evaluate the preparedness of information systems across the organization, ensuring they are adequate for IPO requirements.
  • Risk Management: Develop a comprehensive risk profile for the company from an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) perspective.
  • ESG Strategy: Collaborate with the ESG team to develop an effective ESG strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for operational improvements, revenue acceleration, and cost optimization.
Project Management:
  • IPO Consultant Coordination: Serve as a liaison between client teams and IPO consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Data Verification: Verify data provided by clients before sharing it with consultants.
  • Solution Provider: Act as the primary point of contact for consultant needs related to IPO War rooms.
Investor Relations:
  • Quarterly Presentations: Assist clients in preparing quarterly presentations for board investors.
  • Analyst Calls: Help set up quarterly analyst calls and provide post-call transcripts.
  • Sell-Side Coverage: Work with clients to enhance sell-side coverage.
  • Buy-Side Engagement: Arrange buy-side investor meetings and maintain continuous engagement with existing investors.
  • Perception Study: Conduct a perception study among market participants regarding the client.
  • Pear Benchmarking: Prepare peer benchmarking analysis and reports.

Mandatory skills: Statutory audit, Internal Audit, PMO, IPOs. Preferred skills: IPO client handling.
