Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for handling a team of 5-6 sales executives, directly managing their performance and overseeing the front-line sales process.

This role requires planning and executing sales targets, ensuring sales closures in collaboration with the sales executives, and delivering effective sales presentations at customer locations as needed.

Additional responsibilities include managing direct meetings, exhibition sales, web leads, and customer issues/escalations effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2C sales, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills.

Job Requirements:

  • 4+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 4 years in team handling
  • Target-oriented male from BFSI, NBFC, Insurance, or Timeshare background
  • Experience in direct sales is mandatory
  • Excellent leadership qualities, English proficiency, and potential to turn prospects into customers
  • Strong interpersonal relations, flexibility to travel across states, and a pleasant personality
  • Sound knowledge of local markets and timeshare, strong decision-making abilities, and presentation skills
