Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dehradun for a Territory Sales Manager for Room Cooler. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales within the designated territory. Daily tasks include meeting with customers, managing sales teams, providing training, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The role requires active engagement in sales strategies and managing customer relationships to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in Training and managing sales teams
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the consumer durables industry and Room Cooler is prefferred.
- Dehradun Territory working experinece is must.
