We are a leading solar energy solutions provider dedicated to promoting sustainable and renewable energy. We offer cutting-edge solar products and services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and support our mission of making solar energy accessible to all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Educate potential customers about solar energy solutions, benefits, and financing options.
- Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and propose tailored solar solutions.
- Present and explain product features, pricing, and service plans clearly and confidently.
- Close sales and coordinate with operations/installation teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on products and industry advancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or marketing preferred.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or related sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to customers.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently and traveling within assigned territories.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of solar energy products and financing models is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.07 per month
