Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field
Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products/services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth order execution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales, preferably in any field.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales may also apply.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
