As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients transform their technology landscape across Front, Back, and Mid-Office functions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics.

With a focus on delivering strategic solutions that drive business results, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop strategies and approaches that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities will include running high-intensity workshops to develop business requirements, developing demonstrations to provide solution proof, supporting the development of proposals and statements of work, and delivering 3-4 large-scale implementations or equivalent.

Additionally, you will use creative methods to find solutions, identify performance bottlenecks, and fix them. You will also lead teams, provide excellent communication, and manage client relationships, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class solutions.

Mandatory skill sets include experience with D365 Finance and Operations (F&O), functional background in Financials (GL, A/P, A/R, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets), experience in Trade & Logistics, and experience with Financial Reporting. Preferred skill sets include experience in D365 Finance and knowledge of Delivery methodology (Sure Step).

Required qualifications include 4-6 years of relevant experience, CA / ICWA / M.B.A / B.E / B.Tech or any other equivalent degree, and travel requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, ability to work with senior stakeholders, and record of accomplishment in ERP implementation.
