Microsoft Dynamics Consultant Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of professionals in the field of Microsoft Dynamics consulting. We are looking for an experienced and skilled consultant to help our clients achieve their business objectives.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality business and software solutions to our clients, ensuring implementation of best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards and supported configurations/customizations. This includes evaluating completeness in meeting business requirements, taking accountability for project deliverables, and contributing to activities such as technical presales, building demo and proof of concept solutions for various client presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A University graduate with a relevant degree within a computing or business discipline.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications (2016, D365) are desirable.
  • Strong functional knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM covering a wide spectrum of industries and sectors.
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant and proven end-to-end implementation experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, customisation, standard or customised workflows, dashboards, forms, views, integration, plugin development, report development.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of all areas within Customer Engagement including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Services, and Project Service Automation.
  • Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI).
  • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Service and Common Data Model including customisations and development of Business Data Models for different solutions.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Accelerators, industry templates and add-ons.
