Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Finance Professional

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated finance expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that meet business requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their needs, configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics modules, and providing ongoing support to ensure system efficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering Analysis: Work with clients to understand business processes, gather requirements, and define functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Analyse current business processes and propose efficient solutions within Microsoft Dynamics.
  • System Configuration: Configure Microsoft Dynamics modules (such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement Sourcing, Manufacturing, etc) based on client requirements.
  • Design, test, and deploy configuration changes to meet the client's needs.
  • Implementation Integration: Lead or participate in Microsoft Dynamics implementations, ensuring best practices are followed during setup and integration.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • End-User Training Support: Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of the system.
  • Offer post-implementation support, troubleshoot system issues, and provide solutions to enhance system performance.
  • Testing Quality Assurance: Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the functionality meets the defined requirements.
  • Prepare test scripts and test cases, ensuring that all configurations and customizations work as intended.
  • Continuous Improvement Upgrades: Advise on system enhancements, new features, and upgrades to improve business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics developments and new features to guide clients on opportunities for improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with at least 3 years working with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics modules ie Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions within Microsoft Dynamics.

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics integrations (eg, Power BI, Azure, third-party applications).
  • Knowledge of data migration and ETL processes.

Certifications:

Microsoft Dynamics certifications (eg, MB-300, MB-310, MB-320) are preferred.
