Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of events and operations. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and manage the entire accreditation process, coordinating with your reporting manager and daily interacting with the Organizing Committee to understand their operational needs and deliverables.

You will be involved in daily problem-solving and last-minute issue resolution, as well as coordinate data collection and data entry processes, including paper forms and Excel files. Additionally, you will facilitate and execute the printing of accreditation cards for various groups.

In this role, you will handle client queries and troubleshooting on event days to ensure seamless operations. You will also develop and maintain assigned client relationships, support marketing activities, and collaborate with product management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, emphasizing Excel, Presentation, and Word.
  • Excellent organizational, coordinating, and personal interface skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public, client, and vendor interaction.
  • Flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Serve as chief liaison for clients, vendors, customer service inquiries, and escalated customer issues.
  • Review or perform balancing, distributing, and reporting of daily accreditation card sign-off receipts, as required.
