We are seeking a Travel Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our corporate travel department, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end travel arrangements and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings according to company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings, cancellations, and re-schedulings
  • Liaise with travel agents, vendors, and service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely services
  • Assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and foreign exchange as required
  • Track travel expenses and submit reports to the management
  • Ensure all travelers have necessary travel documents and itineraries
  • Provide assistance during emergency travel situations or last-minute changes

Our ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A graduate degree and 4-6 years of experience in a corporate travel desk or travel agency are preferred.
