Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise identity governance solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance and risk mitigation through robust identity management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise identity governance solutions.
  • Develop and configure connectors, workflows, rules, and policies for user provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and access request.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM requirements and translate them into identity governance solutions.
  • Integrate identity governance systems with enterprise applications.
  • Implement Lifecycle Management, Access Certification Campaigns, Role-Based Access Controls, Segregation of Duties.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot identity governance configurations, workflows, and performance issues.
  • Support production deployments, upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior IAM engineers.
  • Ensure IAM processes align with security policies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Strong development experience in Java, BeanShell, XML, and web services (SOAP/REST APIs).
  • Experience in configuring and customizing identity governance modules.
  • Knowledge of IAM standards & protocols.
  • Experience integrating identity governance with enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of RBAC, SoD, and Identity Governance principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Windows, Databases.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
