Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced data governance professional to lead enterprise-wide initiatives and take ownership of our data intelligence platform.

About the Role
  • Lead the implementation and administration of data governance solutions across the enterprise.
  • Design and configure data management frameworks (domains, assets, workflows, and roles).
  • Build and optimize custom workflows using business process modeling notation (BPMN) and workflow designer.
  • Integrate data platforms via application programming interfaces (APIs)/connectors.
  • Partner with data owners, stewards, and leadership to enforce data governance policies and stewardship models.
  • Establish frameworks for data cataloging, lineage, metadata, and quality management.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and best practices to business and technical teams.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • 6+ years in data governance, metadata management, or data quality.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with data governance platforms, including configuration, workflow design, and integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, stewardship, and lifecycle management.
  • Expertise with APIs, BPMN, and scripting.
  • Experience with data catalog, business glossary, and lineage in data governance platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale data governance deployments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Foundation in data architecture or data engineering.
