The Operations PMO role is pivotal in driving growth for critical business functions. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing GBS Operational Excellence Program, working closely with stakeholders to envision, strategize, and execute Ops priorities, drive key projects, and deliver on strategic plans.
You will analyze performance trends, identify potential risks, and present them through insightful power points to senior leaders. Additionally, you will drive the adoption and execution of project management methodologies tailored to operational needs, ensuring efficient delivery of initiatives. Your skills in data analysis, presentation, change management, and cross-department collaboration will be crucial in achieving business objectives.
We are looking for an individual with a degree in economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant Functional background. Previous work experience of 3-5 years in leading operations, projects, and continuous improvement programs is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, expert-level MS Excel, Word, and advanced PowerPoint skills are essential.
