Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Advisory Consultant. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing business advisory and management skills to support the growth and environmental impact of green startups.

  • You will develop and implement business plans, identifying short-term and mid-term priorities to drive growth and environmental impact.
  • You will provide one-to-one business advisory support and mentorship to green startups based on their maturity stage.
  • You will identify partners for access to finance and develop fundraising plans.
  • You will facilitate linkages between green small and medium-sized businesses (SGBs) and financial institutions, green financing firms, and corporates for proof-of-concept (POC) support and supply chain integration.
  • You will enable access to knowledge sharing and ecosystem platforms for green SGBs and facilitate peer networking within green SGBs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: You will manage and implement program deliverables, facilitate mobilization and selection of green entrepreneurs, and monitor and track progress of businesses in the program.
  • Business Advisory Support: You will develop strategic tools, provide targeted support, and provide one-on-one business advice to entrepreneurs.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will support businesses to connect with green networks, promote information sharing, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: You will consolidate and report key data, coordinate with the Measurement, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) team, and suggest key insights to ensure project targets are on track.
