We are a leading company specializing in green Building certifications, energy efficiency audits,

GHG accounting, Third-party assurance, decarbonization strategy and related sustainability

services. Our mission is to help organizations transition to more sustainable practices and

reduce their environmental impact.

Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate can

be a fresher or have 1-2 years of experience and will be responsible for both technical project

execution and marketing & sales efforts. The role requires a passion for sustainability and the

flexibility to travel for assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution:

o Assist in conducting energy audits, GHG accounting, carbon footprint

assessments, decarbonization strategy and other sustainability-related audits.

o Support green certification processes for buildings, industries, and other

projects.

o Support ESG Assessment and ESG report preparation for clients.

o Participate in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations based on

audit findings and recommendations.

o Stay updated on relevant technologies, regulations, and industry best practices.

Marketing & Sales:

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the sustainability sector.

o Assist in preparing proposals, marketing materials, and presentations for

potential clients.

o Support the sales team in client engagement, business development, and lead

generation.

o Build and maintain strong client relationships and represent the company in

meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, Environmental, or

related fields).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Familiarity with sustainability standards, energy efficiency, and auditing practices

(preferred).

Willingness to travel extensively for project execution and client meetings.

Enthusiasm for learning about new technologies, sustainability trends, and market dynamics,
