Job Overview

Reliance New Energy is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking initiative aimed at providing sustainable and affordable energy solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in electrical engineering and be proficient in AutoCAD.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience with AutoCAD for electrical design (Mandatory skill)
  • Knowledge of power distribution systems and practices
  • Proficient in circuit design and analysis
  • Experience with PLC programming and automation systems
  • Understanding of electrical codes and standards
  • Skilled in technical drawing and schematics
  • Strong project management capabilities, including planning and execution

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for new energy projects
  • Create detailed electrical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD
  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical solutions
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with vendors and contractors
  • Analyze and troubleshoot electrical issues in project designs
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and client use
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and renewable energy technologies
