Administrative Operations Manager

We seek an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our administrative functions, ensuring seamless communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage general office administration, streamlining processes and improving productivity
  • Schedule meetings, training sessions, conferences, and company events
  • Coordinate with HR for interview scheduling and onboarding of new employees
  • Source candidates and support hiring initiatives
  • Conduct regular employee feedback sessions to enhance workplace culture
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies and consumables
  • Arrange transport and logistics for clients, guests, and visitors
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications from clients
  • Compile key information and provide timely updates to top-level management
Management Information Systems & Reporting
  • Generate daily MIS reports related to employee activities and administrative functions
  • Monitor internal processes for accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide performance updates to directors and leadership
Team Leadership
  • Supervise a team of 10–15 employees and report directly to the Director
  • Recruit, train, and motivate team members to ensure high performance
  • Assign duties, manage schedules, and create rosters to optimize manpower allocation
  • Lead by example to build a positive work environment
  • Encourage team collaboration, support development initiatives, and address performance gaps
