  • Promoting personalization and templates is crucial in this position, where configuring personalization blocks, dynamic content, and message templates are key skills.
  • Collaboration with creative teams is essential to build responsive, personalized email templates that cater to diverse audiences.
  • Campaign optimization and reporting are critical components of this role, involving monitoring campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, and providing insights for optimization.
  • Generating campaign reports and dashboards for stakeholders is another vital aspect of this job.
