Strategic Investor Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the position of Strategic Investor Relations Specialist at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with investors, analysts, and credit rating agencies to enhance the bank's reputation and drive growth.
Job OverviewThis is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner. The successful candidate will be part of our Finance and Accounts department and will report to the CFO.
Responsibilities- Foster strong relationships with investors, analysts, and credit rating agencies through regular communication and updates on the bank's performance and strategy.
- Prepare and disseminate timely and accurate information to stakeholders, including quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, and press releases.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the bank's financial performance, industry trends, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Provide analytical support for business planning, budgeting, and forecasting exercises.
- MBA/PGDM (Finance)/ CFA/ CA/ Professional Finance Degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in Financial Planning & analysis or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- An attractive salary package of ₹1,200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
