Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining high-quality material master data within SAP HANA.

About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across supply chain, procurement, finance, and production functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and be proficient in SAP HANA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extend new material codes in various depots with HSN Code, Shipping point, planned price, standard cost for various materials in depots/plant across India.
  • Maintain Master data for Material Master Data.
  • Handle SAP MDO Tool to create new Code VERP, ROH, HAWA codes for enhanced Data quality.
  • Work on Service now ticketing tool and MDO Tools and Workflow Testing for Material Creation, extension, and Change.
  • Conduct Material Master Change activity, check Material Availability, and verify Material Stock Checking and stock transfer.
  • Transfer Material using MIGO.
  • Train end-users about Material Activities like creation, change, Extension.
  • Provide production data to create mater data, BOM, Routing, and WorkCentre through BDC Report.
  • Work as per the tasks and role assigned; understand business exigency and support business by working for extended hours.
  • Prepare various MDM MIS and DASHBOARD on daily/weekly basis.
  • Adhere to the timeline as per defined SLA for respective activities.
