Entity Management Specialist

We are seeking an Entity Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal entity management, data analysis, and process improvement.

  • Manage comprehensive reference data setup across multiple platforms.
  • Execute ongoing data cleanup and maintenance activities as required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and maintain all entities for the Alternatives business.
  • Organize and maintain legal entity documentation for Alternative investments.
  • Support fund lifecycle management from inception through wind-down.

As an Entity Management Specialist, you will:

Data Integrity & Reconciliation
  • Maintain ongoing monitoring and maintenance of data integrity across systems.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Develop and maintain legal entity workflow diagrams and process documentation.
  • Lead process reengineering initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fund administration, legal entity management, or financial services operations.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Diligent Entities platform.
  • Experience with fund administration systems (eFront, PE AUM Portal, or similar platforms).
  • Advanced Excel skills and database management experience.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
