Job Title: Junior Controllership

The Role of a Junior Controller is multifaceted and requires an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping in ERP systems, manual journal entries, and bank reconciliations;
  • Performing month-end processes including reconciliations;
  • Ensuring tax compliance and preparing periodic tax returns (e.g. GST and TDS returns) for India location;
  • Supporting entity controllers for statutory audits for the entity and consolidated financials for the group at various levels;
  • Supporting entity controllers for internal and IFC audits for assigned legal entities;
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA/ICAEW/ACCA with 1-4 years post qualification work experience in IGAAP/Ind AS and/or CA (Inter)/ICAEW (Inter) with 3-6 years of work experience from big 4 or MNC or medium to large corporate working experience in financial reporting;
  • Knowledge of GST and TDS is essential;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Positive attitude, ability to take initiative, and contribute to projects;
  • Ability to work individually and as a member of a global team;
  • Highly motivated, with willingness to take ownership, and prepared to excel in an intense, high-pressure work environment;
  • Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.
