Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are properly qualified, nurtured, and converted into paying customers.">
  • Identify new sales opportunities, markets, and customer segments, leveraging both inbound and outbound sales strategies.">
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure they are properly equipped with the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed.">
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the sales team, monitor performance, and provide guidance to meet and exceed sales goals.">
  • Create and execute marketing plans that align with the sales objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.">
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media to drive traffic and generate leads.">

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a combined sales and marketing role, with a focus on both B2B and B2C environments.">

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess campaign effectiveness, interpret data, and make strategic adjustments.">
