We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to lead our D2C channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive engagement, repeat purchases, and position our website as the preferred shopping destination.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer insights and experience in creating effective multi-channel marketing campaigns. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research findings with feature positioning and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness, adoption, and repeat purchases
  • Conduct user research to gather insights from surveys, interviews, and data analysis to optimize marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Customer Success teams to align research findings with feature positioning and improve user experience
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights and behavior
  • Experience in creating effective multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
