Job Title: Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to lead and expand our inbound marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive inbound marketing strategies to attract high-quality leads through content marketing, SEO, email campaigns, and social media. This involves creating engaging and informative content that addresses the needs of our target audience, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content that resonates with our audience. This includes developing content calendars, conducting market research, and analyzing performance metrics to inform future content strategies.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website. This involves keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and tracking performance metrics. This includes campaign analysis, budget planning, and team management.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. This informs our marketing strategies and positioning, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel effectively. This includes lead scoring, email automation, and CRM integration.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a senior role
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and software, such as HubSpot and Salesforce
