Job Title: Google Ads Expert / Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Google Ads function. You will be responsible for planning and executing paid media campaigns, specifically within the e-commerce and app ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Media Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and launch high-performing Google campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
    • Implement structured full-funnel strategies — prospecting, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns.
    • Optimize purchase event tracking, campaign attribution, and audience strategies.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual Google Ads budgets with a focus on ROI, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
    • Monitor campaign performance daily and take real-time actions for efficiency and growth.
    • Utilize Keyword Planner, Auction Insights, and advanced campaign diagnostics.
  • App Marketing:
    • Execute Google UAC campaigns for app installs and retention.
    • Strategize and run store visit, event-based, and hyperlocal targeting campaigns for offline activation.
  • Creative Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with brand and graphic teams to define creative requirements for search copy, display banners, and video ads.
    • Share clear briefs with the shoot and brand team for performance-first creatives.
  • Research & Experimentation:
    • Conduct competitor research, keyword gap analysis, and e-commerce trend tracking.
    • Continuously test new ad formats, audience segments, and placements.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal reviews.
    • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to align Google efforts with broader business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3.5+ years of hands-on experience in managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the e-commerce funnel, app install strategies, and paid performance metrics.
  • Mastery of Search, PMax, Demand Gen, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in tools like GA4, Google Ads Dashboard, Keyword Planner, and Auction Insights.

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience with Shopify, Firebase, and app tracking integrations.
  • Exposure to programmatic buying or affiliate/performance marketing.
  • Prior work on offline-to-online conversion tracking or store visit campaigns.
