Service Operations Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Operations Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing service contracts, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service contracts with internal teams and external customers.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of services.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a service operations or related role.
- Proven track record of improving process efficiency and reducing costs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
