About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Paid Social Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts and driving performance through strategic campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, communicating effectively with clients
  • Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon) to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and ROAS
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Requirements
  • 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behaviour
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)
