Job Description:

As a Supply Chain Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing supply chain planning work processes that align with the company's overall goals. This includes developing short-term production schedules, coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, and warehouse teams, and monitoring inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient supply chain planning processes to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and inventory policies to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ERP and supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
