Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain & Procurement professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in managing procurement processes from sourcing to payment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Source new vendors as per requirement and create vendor bases
  • - Update information as required
  • - Ensure product technical qualification with QC department
  • - Prepare technical comparisons of specifications
  • - Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain Enquiry Capture Sheets
  • - Prepare purchase orders within timelines
  • - Check and ensure closure of open indents as per guidelines
  • - Follow up with vendors on COA for raw material receipt
  • - Maintain delegation sheets of Supply Chain Departments timely
  • - Collaborate with management for approvals
  • - Verify and send samples for testing
  • - Coordinate for invoices and accounts department approval
  • - Follow up with Accounts for vendor payments
  • - Coordinate for testing chemicals and materials
  • - Coordinate for sample testing requested by BDMs
  • - Follow up on test reports
  • - Coordinate for non-moving RM, FG review and management
  • - Update inventory MIS sheets regularly

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
  • Procurement Experience: Proven experience in procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and payment
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
