As a Technology Leader, you will drive the success of our technology initiatives by leading complex projects and teams. Your expertise in software engineering and ServiceNow will enable you to develop standards and best practices for engineering complex solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex technology initiatives with broad impact
  • Develop standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex solutions
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs
  • Review and analyze complex technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives
  • Collaborate with technical experts and senior leadership to resolve complex issues
  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of development experience within ServiceNow
  • ITSM Workspaces and predictive intelligence, Process Mining
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems via APIs and Integration Hub
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow functionality such as business rules, scripts, and ACL rules
  • Knowledge of business analysis processes and concepts
  • Experience working in a global setting and with implementation partners
