Software Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of software applications, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of software applications, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Oversight of project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Mentor and supervise junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.


Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Experience developing both front-end and back-end services of a cloud-hosted application.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience with technologies such as React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, HTML5, CSS, Material UI, and Java.
