Senior Software Development Manager

This is a key leadership role that involves overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance. As a Senior Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced .NET developers and cloud engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, etc., as well as hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, Azure Functions, App Services, Google Cloud Functions, etc.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of successfully motivating and guiding high-performing engineering teams.

  • Lead and manage a team of .NET developers and cloud engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
  • Drive the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable .NET applications and cloud solutions in alignment with industry best practices and standards.

As a Senior Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Providing regular updates, reports, and insights to senior management on project status, milestones, risks, and opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluating emerging technologies and trends in the .NET and cloud space, making recommendations for innovation and improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) in software development with expertise in .NET framework and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering business value through technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
