Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to provide technical oversight and support for critical applications in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technical experts to maintain and deliver high-quality technical support for critical applications.
  • Analyze multiple application alert trends, providing business insights and recommendations to minimize future occurrences.
  • Review and update documentation with collaborators to ensure information is up to date.
  • Provide technical guidance and collaboration on complex issues.
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to resolve application issues.
  • Review and complete disaster recovery scripts for planned and unplanned outages.
  • Recommend and design automation to reduce ongoing application monitoring costs.
  • Facilitate internal review and validation of support and non-functional requirements during application development.
  • Serve as the point of contact for critical issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Mitigate risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years related experience with at least 1 year in leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with mainframe technology; familiarity with Linux, WebSphere, and cloud technologies (Service NOW, AWS, Snowflake).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
