About the Position

The Senior Manager of Analytics is a pivotal role responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of cutting-edge analytics solutions that drive business expansion.

This senior leadership position requires a seasoned professional to lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and deploying Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models, as well as NLP pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions that meet or exceed expectations
  • Develop and maintain expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks to drive innovation and growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and ML to ensure competitive advantage
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8 years of experience in ML/DL with a strong technical background
  • Proven experience in production projects, with no capstone or internet-based projects
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one Deep Learning framework (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries (NLTK, SpaCy, Huggingface transformers)
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI models and their architectures
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
  • Proficiency in exposing solutions as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks (FastAPI)
  • Experience with development tools (Git, version control)
  • Experience deploying solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts
