Data Analytics Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of planners and analysts, driving process improvements, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement data frameworks, planning models, and dashboards to support decision-making at all levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adequate capacity is available to fulfill monthly plans and meet customer expectations.
  • Own the end-to-end supply planning cycle, translating demand forecasts into supply plans for inbound/outbound/returns for fulfillment and logistics teams.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including daily attainment, capacity utilization, promise quality etc.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead seasonal and promotional event planning, including inventory build-up strategies, temporary storage solutions, and manpower planning.
  2. Build and maintain scalable data frameworks, planning models, and dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  3. Drive forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking for key operational metrics across fulfillment centers, last-mile logistics, and supply chain.
  4. Develop and implement advanced analytical techniques to anticipate trends and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  5. Champion automation and self-service tools to empower teams and reduce manual reporting.
  6. Act as a thought partner to leadership, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for strategic investment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data analytics management, with a strong background in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
