Job Description
  • As an Operations Manager, you will lead a team to ensure customer delight and coordinate with design and production teams to meet committed timelines.
  • You will manage internal stakeholders such as Finance, Vendor teams, Installer teams, etc., to ensure they receive required support to meet customer promised timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the customer experience completely post-project booking till handover.
  • Act as the highest point of escalation for your region and resolve customer issues within committed ETAs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable faster issue resolution for team members to solve problems on ground.
  • Be a people manager to empower existing teams and hire top talents to strengthen your regional team.
  • Ensure adherence to defined processes, SOPs, and standards to provide a standardized customer experience.
  • Responsible for Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, Quicker resolution of customer escalations.
Requirements
  • NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries.
  • People management skills (direct team reporting in past roles must).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Expertise and Qualifications
  • Manage strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants to achieve maximum project reach.
